About our water<\/strong>
The water comes from four wells about 100m below the ground’s surface, just before reaching Lake Ashi, where rainfall from Mt. Komagatake on Hakone’s inner ring mountains seeps into the ground and passes through many layers of strata.
The water is purified with chlorine. The view of Lake Ashi opens up in front of you within a short walking distance. Here, we offer skillfully made flavorsome coffee which uses this excellent water and fine coffee beans.
Please enjoy our water too and taste the nature of this water. The water is 37 mg\/\u2113 and classified as soft, and it is slightly alkaline with a pH of 7.6.<\/p>\n<\/div>
